Good product

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this seller.

I placed two orders (3 T-shirts and a pair of shorts). The seller provided false delivery updates twice and gave me a tracking number that did not work.

On July 11, the order was marked as delivered, but I never received the package. The courier did not deliver it to my door and allegedly left it near a fence at the entrance of the residential complex.

The seller provided unclear “proof of delivery” photos that did not show my address or the actual items. The seller refused to properly investigate the issue or provide a solution.

I am very disappointed with this experience and have opened a dispute requesting a full refund.
